ViolaWake provides an open-source SDK and a hosted Console. The SDK performs wake word inference on your device. The Console stores account information, recordings, training artifacts, billing metadata, and support messages needed to provide the service.

Information we collect

• Account name and email address.
• Voice recordings you upload or record in the Console.
• Training job metadata and trained model artifacts.
• Stripe billing identifiers and subscription state.
• Support and contact messages you send.

How we use information

We use information to operate the Console, train requested models, process billing, send transactional email, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information. We do not use your voice recordings for advertising.

SDK local inference

The ViolaWake SDK does not send inference audio to ViolaWake servers. If you run the SDK locally with a downloaded model, detection happens on your device.

Retention

Console recordings and trained model artifacts follow the retention rules shown in the application and terms. Download models you want to keep before deleting your account.
